Job description
Are you someone who thrives on turning client conversations into long-term partnerships? As an Inside Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our customer relationships, managing key accounts from the inside out, spotting new opportunities, and making sure every interaction adds value.
You’ll work closely with our clients to understand what they need now and where they want to go next. Whether you’re coordinating internally with our developers to create custom solutions, supporting the sales team, or identifying fresh opportunities within existing accounts, you will play a vital role in shaping our future together.
If you have experience in account management or sales, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine drive to build strong connections, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll need to be fluent in English, feel at home using tools like HubSpot and Google Workspace, and bring the energy to stay organised and perform under pressure.
Role:
- Building and maintaining key relationships with key stakeholders across your client portfolios.
- Strategically aligning with your clients to understand short-term opportunities and longer-term strategic partnership opportunities.
- Managing and coordinating account risks and general account management.
- Gathering and understanding client requirements to work in conjunction with our development team to maximise account development opportunities.
- Identifying any new opportunities within the current accounts, through product updates & custom solutions.
- Assisting the management team with sales activities.
- Identifying and converting new accounts.
- Quoting & problem solving within designated time frames.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previously worked in a sales/account management role
- Has great attention to detail
- Passion to learn, collaborate with colleagues and embrace the family culture
- High motivation and ambition to build a fulfilling career
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver results, English is a must, other languages are a bonus.
- Must possess good organisational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite/Google suite & CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
