For years, Lumosigns has supplied high quality illuminated signage solutions to sign manufacturers across the UK and Europe. Working closely with manufacturers every day has given us a unique insight into how channel letters are actually produced, and, more importantly, where production can be improved.

Over time, we realised that helping our customers doesn’t stop at supplying materials and components. Great signs start much earlier, with the equipment, software and workflows behind the production process.

That realisation sparked a new idea.

When we started exploring the possibility of offering a bending machine, one thing was clear from the beginning: we wanted to build on technology that had already earned its place in professional production environments.
That allowed us to focus our efforts where we believe we can make the biggest difference. Refining the machine for the European market, improving the user experience, and building a complete solution around it with local support, training and ongoing development.

The Lumosigns LB125 combines high precision servo technology with a rigid cast machine construction, delivering fast, accurate and repeatable channel letter production.

Designed to process stainless steel, aluminium and galvanized steel with exceptional precision, the LB125 features a servo driven feeding system, intelligent material handling and an integrated slotting system that help manufacturers achieve consistent results while reducing waste and manual finishing.
